I thought that this picture is the most powerful because it shows a little boy holding up a gun with his fingers.. the little boy respects the soldiers and what they do and i also think that it the strongest photo because this is a little kid looking up to them.
In the pictures they are mostly written in present tense. The captions enhance the pictures because it shows what they were doing in the picture and it kind of narrates the picture.
After 6 months, Ian comes back to his home town to visit his brothers Alex and John.. and he almost forgot how it was with them and he cherished every moment.

Shutter Speed

At the beginning while the sun is still partially up and the courtyard has reasonable light I would choose to do (A) The dunking booth. Towards the end when there is no sun and has gotten dark enough that you can't see from one end of the courtyard to the other I would choose (E) the DJ/MC working at the middle of the circle.

Aperture

The picture on the top was taken by a F16 which means that the aperture was smaller. The picture on the bottom was taken with an F2.8 and it relates to aperture because the background is blurred out and the focus is on the bird. The smaller the aperture the larger the F-stop, the higher the aperture the smaller F-stop. The Depth of field means the part of the picture that stands out more and the part that is mostly focused on.
