Early Magazine Covers, in the 1700's they did not have magazine covers, it was usually just the title and the table of contents. Their style of magazine covers, they were trying to make it look like a cover of a book. They usually didn't have cover lines and the article started on the front page like a newspaper would. By the end of the 19th century is when they started to discover magazine covers. The Poster Cover, is a cover that is a really good picture and high quality, it usually only has a title and that's it because it is just mostly focused on the photo, the magazine is literally like a poster. Pictures married to type, is a large title, a model usually a full body pose, has cover lines positioned to fit the picture
